of HIV/AIDS. He is in coordination with Surabaya's municipal government
to proceed with the plan.
The provincial government pledges to facilitate Surabaya government
with training fund and housing allowance for former commercial sex
workers. While Mayor of Surabaya, Tri Rismaharini has prepared some
plans after the closing. People are still allowed to stay in Dolly but
any prostitution activity is outlawed.
