Kroos previously confirmed that he has refused contract renewal at Bayern Muenchen.

Speculations claiming that Kroos will move to Manchester this summer began when Kroos' agent said that he wants to play for the Red Devils. United's helmsman David Moyes welcomes the notion as a means to support the club over a string of disappointing performances.
The German playmaker is likely to accept the offer, as the offered salary is beyond Bayern's offer. The German club is also reported to let Kroos go due to the abundant stock of players in his position. Moreover, United will also increase its offer if Kroos impresses the club on his stint in World Cup this summer.
