Turkey blocked access to YouTube unplug

Turkish telecommunications regulator revoked the official order blocking access to YouTube on Tuesday after the country's constitutional court last week ruled that the ban was a violation of human rights.

"Because the Constitutional Court's decision received today, YouTube access will be re-opened today," he said.
