Balinese Fish Market Seafood Dining

Written By Unknown on Monday 14 April 2014 | 06:03

Jakarta - It is not easy to find a fish market where you can ask the vendors to immediately cook the fish after you purchase it and then enjoy a nice meal straight afterwards in Bali.

However, thanks to the Amertha Segara fisherman group, visitors can now enjoy an authentic experience of dining by the fish market. The group has partnered up with Akame to open up its fish market every Sunday morning.

The Sun Fresh Market located in Denpasar, Bali, attractively displays fresh fish and other seafood in its 7x6 meter market. The market has managed the sanitation of the area to avoid any foul fishy aroma that can ruin an appetite.

Although the establishment has a modern ambience, the fish costs the same as the ones sold in traditional markets. Buyers can also ask the Akame restaurant to immediately cook their purchases so they can dine near the market.

Akame is currently redesigning the area to transform it into a family entertainment spot. Some activities will include fishing, wildlife, and other attractions that are fun for the whole family.
